Our newly renovated classroom facility provides a realistic martini bar/ultra lounge feel that enables us to train our students in a genuine environment comparable to venues where they can find employment after graduation. On your first day of class, you will be behind a fully-equipped bar mixing drinks under the supervision of one of our qualified instructors.

WHAT MAKES A GREAT BARTENDER! Obviously, bartenders need to be knowledgeable in today’s most popular drinks, but there is a lot more to it than just that.  Being completely fluent with the tools of the trade and the standard bar equipment, drink preparation order, multi-tasking, and speed techniques are essential!  But let’s not forget the most important thing, the customer. This is the service industry and the customer is what this is all about.

We focus heavily on this and it is integrated into every part of our curriculum in order to ensure that along with the drink knowledge and bar fluency, our graduates have all the customer service skills they need to succeed.
